SINGLE-ZONE
SZ - a single-point system for the detection of gas taken by hose from distant measurement point
The refrigerant monitoring system features a unique combination of high sensitivity, a wide range of measurement and gas response rates. Using infrared technology, the detection system is a great solution adapting to the client's expectations, giving the possibility of remote communication and visualization, centralized reporting and management. Continuous monitoring of the gas leak is the basis for the detection of harmful gases.
Single-Zone Monitor is used primarily for the detection of refrigerants from the hydrofluoric group, carbon dioxide and ammonia. This modern system protects industries in term of efficiency, quality, minimization of costs loss and integrity of the supervision system. A low level of detection is extremely important at a time when leaks are small, thus protecting the target system and alerting you to take immediate corrective action to minimize energy and refrigerant losses.
The system is compliant with the ASHRAE 15-2007 standard, ETL - supports regulations in the field of energy efficiency, has the EN 14624 and CE certification.
The idea of the system is to suck gas through the built-in suction pump from a remote point to the gas sensor.
The response rate to a gas leak depends on the length of used hose. The gas flow in the hose is about 1 m/s, which determines the time of inflow of the leak to the gas sensor.
Using a splitter it is possible to simultaneously monitor two or three critical points on the refrigeration system.
If you want to monitor a greater number of critical points in the cooling or freezing system, read the Multi-Zone systems.
