Description:

The MC-3 controller provides the highest performance and functionality hidden in an autonomous controller. Its functionality, based on sophisticated PLC software, allows you to manage a wide range of services. Available as a single-channel MOdbus RTU network controller, with an optional 4-20mA signal controller version, the MC-3 is designed to provide operators with the most detailed real-time information about gas concentrations throughout the monitored facility. The information is transmitted via a large LCD screen or a computer browser, which shows real-time gas concentrations, sensor location, sensor type, alarms, and historical data trends.

Each channel of the MC-3 controller has two independent, user-programmable alarm thresholds, which allow for flexibility in alarm notification. When alarms occur, operators are notified, depending on the version, by an LED indicator on the front panel and a buzzer, or by accessing the visualization on the integrated LCD display or web browser, where the location and status of the alarm are clearly indicated. A minimum of three internal relays can be used to control fans, horns, or navigation signals when alarm thresholds are exceeded in specific areas. These relays can be freely paired with alarm signals from selected gas sensors from the programming position.

Attention:

The system is primarily designed to work with existing, installed C3-NET or NET-EX series smart gas detectors.

When designing and installing a new detection system, it is recommended to use NET-EX or C3-NET detectors equipped with Modbus digital outputs, connected to the MB, MC, or ASIX control system.

Unlike the analog 4-20 mA signal, the digital Modbus signal is unmodifiable and non-repudiable, guaranteeing above-average information security.

A typical method of connecting devices to a controller.
