Robotics
JBK is a company that programs and services Kawasaki robots.
A group of specialists provides support for the investment at every stage, from concept development, technical analysis (selection of the optimal robot, workstation design, programming, testing), business analysis (investment profitability, return on investment period, investment financing), through support during implementation and commissioning, to training, service, technical support for robotic workstations, and optimization and modernization of existing applications with industrial robots.

Kawasaki Robots
R Series – fast robots

Industrial robots with significantly increased operating speed. High movement dynamics, lifting capacities of 3–80 kg, ranges of 620–2100 mm.
BA series – welding robots

Robots adapted for use in welding applications or related technologies (cutting, chamfering, trimming, burning).
CP series – palletizing robots

CP series robots dedicated to palletizing tasks, with a very long reach and a wide range of lifting capacities (up to 50 kg).
BX/BT series – medium lifting capacities

BX/BT series robots dedicated to tasks involving a large number of movements over short distances (welding, assembly, joining elements, machine operation).
Z series – high lifting capacities

Kawasaki Z series robots are high-payload units for palletizing, transferring, and manipulating both objects and tools (e.g., welding guns, servo grippers, grinding heads, milling machines). Lifting capacities of 100-300 kg, reaches of 1355-3530 mm.
M series – maximum lifting capacities

Robots with maximum lifting capacities. The 4-axis version enables fast palletizing of objects weighing up to 500 kg. The 6-axis version enables the transfer and manipulation of weights up to 700 kg.
K series – painting robots, for Ex zones

Specialized robots for painting applications. Their special design allows for safe operation in explosion hazard zones. The robot’s wrist design allows cables to be routed internally, ensuring freedom and fluidity of movement and guaranteeing the highest quality of painting.
Y series – pick & place

The use of a parallel structure has enabled the construction of extremely fast robots for pick & place applications. The low weight and rigidity of the structure allow for stable and precise operation even at the highest speeds and high dynamics.
Usage
Palletizing

Palletizing robots are currently one of the most commonly used solutions in industry. The high performance, flexibility, and precision provided by robots allow companies to become even more competitive in an increasingly demanding market.
Welding

Welding robots are increasingly used by small and medium-sized companies. Their high precision, speed, and repeatability ensure the highest quality of results, while significantly reducing costs and increasing production flexibility.
Pick & Place

The Pick&Place process mainly concerns tasks involving the transfer or packaging of products which, for technological reasons, must be picked up individually. It is a very fast process. Often, both the picking up and placing down of the product takes place without stopping the conveyors.
Machine operation

Robotic machine operation allows for full automation of the production process on CNC machines. Kawasaki robots ensure that parts are removed from the machine, transported between stations, and loaded onto the next machine in an optimal manner thanks to their extraordinary flexibility and speed.
Gluing / Distribution

Welding robots are increasingly used by small and medium-sized companies. Their high precision, speed, and repeatability ensure the highest quality of results, while significantly reducing costs and increasing production flexibility.
