MGS-400 sensors of Bacharach Company provide the protection in refrigerant systems.
The service is easy and short, saving you time and money on equipment and installations.
MGS-400 is easy for staff. Users can intuitively use, run and stop of gas detectors without specialized training and without tools.
Pre-calibrated sensor modules are made in plug-and-play technology. This simplifies maintenance, requires literally a minute for replacement and does not require the use of calibration gas.
MGS-400 detectors can work in local net via Modbus RTU protocol and can be integrated with BMS / BAS / SCADA systems or with optional MGS-408 controler of Bacharach.
AVALIABLE SUB-VERSIONS
MGS-410 detector is the basic version of the detector.
Among the special features of the series it is characterized in particular by:
- a gas sensor built into the detector housing
- Modbus RTU output for operation in network systems
- no analog 4-20mA output
The MGS-450 detector is a version of the MGS-410 detector extended with an analogue output.
Special features are included:
- a gas sensor built into the detector housing
- Modbus RTU output for operation in network systems
- analog 4-20mA output
The MGS-460 detector is the most developed version of the detector.
Among the special features of the series it is characterized in particular by:
- remote gas sensor, which makes it possible to locate it in lower or upper area of room, depending on the specific gravity of gas
- Modbus RTU output for working in net
- 4-20mA analog output
MGS-408 controller is a device that allows you to connect MGS410, 450 or 460 to net, if customer hasen't own BMS or SCADA system.
AVALIABLE WORK CONFIGURATIONS:
Single work mode
In the individual mode, the detector can inform:
- about the gas alarm condition with the use of voice and visual signals
- about the level of measured gas using the Modbus RTU output
- about the level of gas measured using the analogue output (450 and 460 sub-versions).
Net work mode
In network mode, detectors can be connected to a BMS, Scada system or a dedicated MGS-408 controller, using the Modbus RTU protocol.
