JBK is involved in the programming and servicing of Kawasaki robots.

A group of specialists takes care of supporting the ongoing investment at every stage, from concept development, technical analysis (selection of the optimum robot, workstation concept, programming, testing), business analysis (return on investment, payback period, investment financing), through support during implementation and start-up, to training service, technical service of the robot workstation and optimisation and modernisation of existing applications with industrial robots.

Kawasaki robots

R series – fast robots

Industrial robots with significantly increased speed of operation. Highly dynamic movement, payloads of 3 - 80 kg, ranges of 620 - 2100 mm.

BA series – welding robots

Robots suitable for welding applications or downstream technologies (cutting, chamfering, cutting, burning).

CP series palletising robots

CP series robots dedicated to palletising tasks, with a very long reach and large payload range (up to 500 kg).

BX/BT series – medium capacity

BX/BT series robots dedicated to tasks involving a large number of movements over short distances (welding, assembly, joining components, machine operation).

Z-series – high load capacity

Kawasaki Z-series robots are heavy-duty units for palletising, handling and manipulating both object and tool (e.g. welder, servo grinder, grinding head, milling machine) applications. Lifting capacities 100 - 300 kg, reaches 1355 - 3530 mm.

BX/BT series – medium capacity

MX500N | M series | Kawasaki | Industrial robots | Robotisation | Robotics

Robots with maximum load capacities. In the 4-axis version, they enable rapid palletisation of objects up to 500 kg. The 6-axis version allows the handling and manipulation of loads up to 700 kg.

K series – painting works, for EX zones

Specialised robots for painting applications. The special design allows safe operation in hazardous areas. The design of the robot's cluster allows the wires to be routed internally, and this ensures freedom and smoothness of movement, guaranteeing the highest quality of painting.

Seria Y – Pick & Place

The use of parallel design has made it possible to build extremely fast robots for pick & place applications. The low weight and rigidity of the structure allow stable and precise operation even at the highest speeds and high dynamics.

APPLICATION

Palletisation

Palletising robots are now one of the most widely used solutions in industry. The high productivity, flexibility and precision that the robot provides allows the company to become even more competitive in an increasingly demanding market.

Welding

Welding robots are increasingly used by small and medium-sized companies. Their high precision, speed and repeatability ensure the highest quality results, with a significant reduction in costs and increase the elativity of production.

Pick & Place

The Pick&Place process is mainly concerned with the task of handling or packing products that have to be picked individually for technological reasons. It is a very fast process. Many times, both picking and placing of the product takes place without stopping the conveyors.

Machine operation

Robotic machine operation allows full automation of the production process on CNC machines. Kawasaki robots ensure that the workpiece is removed from the machine, transported from one station to the next and inserted into the next machine in an optimal way thanks to their extraordinary flexibility and speed.

Bonding / Distribution

Robotic bonding involves the manipulation of a tool to precisely distribute glue, sealant, cleaner, etc. Robots are readily used in such applications primarily because of the difficult working conditions and the desire to protect the health of workers and reduce costs.

Painting

Robotic painting is used wherever the highest quality of painted surface and efficiency is required and the work is hazardous to the health of the workers. Robots guarantee constant parameters of painted surfaces and high productivity.
